Week by Week

Each group brings a unique energy that will inform exercises, goals, flow, and so much more.

We’ll lean into the flexibility of the room, but here is a good idea of what you’ll do in a group session.

Week 1

All About You: First Impressions

  • How to get in touch with the body, memory, and emotion

  • How to tell stories 

  • How to present, include, and explain yourself 

  • How to keep the conversation flowing

Week 2

All About Them: Energy & Generosity

Physical, written, and vocal exercises that practice:

  • How to use body language to get people to open up to you  

  • How to listen actively, ask questions, and how to respond

  • How to say NO/decline 

  • How to stay engaged and show interest

Week 3

Expect The Unexpected:Relaxation and Role Play

Physical, written, and vocal exercises that practice:

  • How to feel comfortable in full range of situations

  • How to handle different personalities/emotions coming at you

  • How to manage small talk

  • How to take small talk to the next level

Week 4

All About You, Too: Voice & Awareness

Physical, written, and vocal exercises that practice:

  • How to play in heightened emotions 

  • How to access and recount emotional stories with stronger communication skills

  • How to express needs confidently 

  • How to harness anger 

Week 5

All About Them, Too: Connection & Leadership

Physical, written, and vocal exercises that practice:

  • How to deal with another’s dissatisfaction

  • How to take ownership for a mistake

  • How to utilize specificity to access relatability

  • How to play with stillness and silence

Week 6

Be Unexpected in The Expected: Humour & Improvisation

Physical, written, and vocal exercises that practice:

  • How to be spontaneous 

  • How to invite your sense of humour to the exchange  

  • How to initiate and direct conversation

  • How to let go of embarassment
